Before entering through the double doors leading to Lantern of Madison’s “Svayus” program, CEO Jean Makesh tells visitors, families and employees they need to leave their world behind.
The world they are about to enter, he tells them, is “very different from their world.”
What they’re about to enter is a world more reminiscent of one that existed in the 1930s and 1940s. The exteriors of the residences are designed to look like homes commonly found during that time period, down to the color of the paint.
